The Kearny High School Crew Parents Association was formed, over ten years ago, to provide financial support to the Kearny High School Crew Team. It is our mission to provide these committed athletes the opportunity to participate in a successful and competitive rowing program. We provide assistance to the Crew Team by purchasing needed equipment, by providing the needed funds that allow the team to travel and compete in various regattas in the tri-state area, perform maintenance on the boats, boat house and docks and has provided food and shelter for a team of 85+ students at day-long non-local regattas. We award scholarships and provide recognition for the teams accomplishments.

The purpose of Kearny High School Crew is to provide an activity where students can have fun, make lasting friendships, improve self-confidence and self-esteem, learn the value of "team", compete on a national basis and experience success. All of our students have an opportunity to compete at their level of ability.
